Elment Kolleh Age: 6 Elment is one of the one hundred orphans living at Rainbow Town Champions Home. Rainbow Town was established in 2004, and most of the children residing there have been orphaned due to the Civil War in 1989-2003. Elment lost his mother during child birth. He is one of 39 children that came to live at Rainbow Town in September 2008. They had been living at an orphanage in Liberia that was closed by the government due to physical and emotional abuse. Elment now lives at Rainbow Town Champions Home where he is loved, has his basic needs met, and is taught about the love of Christ. For only $15 per month you will feed, clothe, and take care of the basic needs of this child. “This is pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father, to visit the orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.” James 1:27 |
